Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Distill, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Distill. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

Account
You may sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@distillit.app.

Subscription and Payment
Distill is a subscription-based app with a free trial. Pricing, billing terms, and available plans are displayed in the App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation can be managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from the app without our permission
- Use automated tools to access any part of the app

Intellectual Property
All content in Distill - including summaries, audio, images, design, and code - is owned by or licensed to Distill. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes only. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

Content
Content in Distill is produced for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for original works and does not represent the views of original authors or publishers.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion. Your right to use the app ceases immediately upon termination.

Changes
We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
